Welcome to the registration page of the SNC 2024

Thank you for choosing to register for the Swiss NanoConvention 2024 in Basel. The registration is open till 19 May 2024, early bird fees end on 21 April 2024.

 

These are the fees for the SNC 2024  

Please note that 8.1% VAT will be added to all fees cited below.

Swiss NanoConvention – Regular	400 CHF
Swiss NanoConvention – Student	200 CHF

 

Included in registration fees are:

• entry to all sessions.
• entry to the commercial exhibition.
• all coffee breaks, lunches and networking sessions.
• conference App (program, participant list, etc.).

 

Please read the following information carefully before starting the registration process:

• If you have an access code, please remember to respect the case (capitalisation) of the code.
• Each registration session will expire after 30 minutes. This is a normal precaution for most on-line registration systems. However, you should only need 3-4 minutes to complete the registration form.
• Only credit cards are accepted as a form of payment (Mastercard / VISA / Twint via the FSRM Saferpay gateway).
• 1-day passes are not available.

 

Poster submission

If you wish to submit a poster, please have your title (max 150 characters), author list (including author affiliations) and abstract (max. 750 characters including spaces) ready before you register. This is important as the registration process includes a time-out function. All posters must be submitted by 10 May. As usually posters need to printed, transported and hung by the participants.
